I disagree. Just talk to people, like actually converse with them. That's the best way to learn, and things you pick up from conversations are a lot easier to apply to life than most things you may read in books. From talking to another person face to face, you feel the reality of the situations they speak of. And those things are a lot easier to convey verbally than visually.
