theyll prosecute if you jump someone...or just beat the shit out of someone when theyre already on the ground...but cops usually wont press charges for a regular fight unless someone REALLY makes a fuss about it...the worst that usually happens if someone calls them is they hold both of you overnight and release you on your own recognizances...

Well all I'm saying is from what I gather with this thread, hes just gonna go all out and smash the fuck out of some kid... At a school... Which means plenty of bitch ass witnesses and not to mention, most regular kids at schools would go home and have their parents make a big deal out of it... Which means any extra evidence in your self defence case is good news for you. |
