Well...I have a theory on this, now hear me out, what if...JUST WHAT IF...the government had put explosives under the water and made the hurricanes...that would be very jello-like because it would be joot joot BUT...what if it was like that movie with Tom Cruise and the alien machines came out from the rocks, i would of been like "You motherfucker" and stole Indephs cum and sprayed it on the robots feet...and ploop they would of died seeing as they're allergic to aids and shit. But yea, next time you throw fire extinguishers into the water, think...because the objects in there might...JUST MIGHT cause those hurricanes.
