1. Enygma..for the fact that his voice is unmistakeable and he can flow

2. Ecko,,,best voice on RV.period.

3. Apexx...one reason Biggie is one of my fav. is because of his presence/cockiness on track...Triple N is respected for his "voice" which I find annoying...Dooms' voice is better and his swagger is there

4. Tony Self...another unmistakeable voice...and his flow is very nice


5. <><>...the symbol guy who needs a name...flow is amazing...reminds me of a Ghostface killa = no gimmicks jus rap man


6. Ike...a touch overrated but has a nice voice/delivery combo...if not unoriginal (think EM)


7. Tito...underrated...has nice lyrics and a unique scheme to deliver them

8. Young Montana...his flow is almost flawless...jus needs to up presence and develop a persona...flies too much under the radar


9. Intermental...attitude goes a long ass way...and this kid has the best one on the site..ambitious and elevating...jus needs to find his own style..he's young though


10. Deadly vision...loves to rap...loves to collab..good flow...jus needs to up quality
