IF he came up to me talking all proper and shit i would think he was real smart, i would think that becuase of the tatoos, anyone that is sane would have a pretty good reason for the tatoos...so i would think he was smart.......

if he talked to me with some type of slang i would think he wa a crazy ghetto guy who got that shit done to his face in prison
then i would try and listen to his advice or whatever
