and by reps i mean 1 rep = both arms x1
but its good to do weights, but depending on what you want to do then do different types of weights....if you prefer appearance then work with heavier weights but if you want to build up less muscle but more stamina then do lighter weights with more repetitions.
but do it after your growth spurt....cos that shit'll stunt your growth.....
i did it from the age of 14.....i'm like 5'10" but i missed out on being a few extra inches taller.
