No it doesnt...it rips your muscles and when they repair themselves they get bigger, how is that stunting growth? Its one of the biggest myths in weight training.

The reason peoples growth get stunted is because they're not having the correct nutrition along with their workout plan, you need to have both...if you workout like hell and eat the wrong shit then you'll have growth problems.
