most people don't leave feedback just because, they leave feed when THEY are about to post something up...people aren't dedicated to helping other people elevate, just to other pepole seeing their work and telling them how "great" they are
awards should be put together by the MODs running each section and then voTed on by people...
in other words, make a poll with a person and the title of the piece they been "nominated" for and then people can voTe...but your voTe only counts if you've actually left feedback in all of the threads for nominated works in that category
