I dont listen to Budden so I cant say whether hes good or not...Kweli and Common are dope, Kanye is overated...and so is Jay, Jay-Z's only respectable accomplishment in my eyes was Reasonable Doubt...everything else was wack-subpar
but LMFAO @ putting Kanye West or Jay-Z before Rakim or Canibus...Immortal Technique aint even in his prime imo and hes better then Jay-Z by a long shot...
