I can cook, I learned from my dad who use to be a chef back in St Lucia.
I can cook Stake, Chicken, all types of fish !! yes I gutt and clean every
thing myself,. I cooked my fist meal at the age of 8 chicken, rice and peas
all my family are still alive to this day

Its a Caribbean tradition that the boys at a very young age learn how to
cook. And the enjoyment I get when I see people eating up my food is
wicked.

I would be a chef but I would have to take a massive pay cut it just couldn't
happen.
