Cos people are gay. If you accidently do more damage to them, they can sue you. Its total bullshit. Yeah but over in the UK...if you are actively trying to save a life and you break a couple of ribs...as you could during chest compressions, the law over here protects you from being sued in that event (our 1st aider told us that)...also if you have to cup a womans breasts coz of the recovery position (some womens breasts are too big and make the movement difficult and uncomfortable) you have to move them with the BACK of your hand because if she comes round and you got a hand full of her tits in ya palm...she'll A panic coz she thinks she's being molested...and B she can sue..and win...but yea the laws fucked up there but us Brits got that sorted lol...
