Starting a business and registering it is simple in theory
1...You check the name of the company in the state ur in...then, to reserve that name, you fill out the paper work and send them 25.00 (that's what it is in Maryland)
2...You apply for a Federal Identification number. This takes 10-15 minutes online.
3. You apply for a state sales tax license. That's what the picture is at the bottom.
THAT'S IT. If you want to (and you should) you get a U.S. patent on your company and trademark it. That's a little more complicated and takes dinero $$$. You can find attorneys who are willing to offer deals to complete the registration process for you.
Oh, and of course you need start up capital, which is where I'm at right now. I figure I need about 10,000-15,000 to really get 5 Source jumpin' off the way I want. I only have 1000 at the moment...I'll get there though...NO DOUBT!
