Try this: When you feel yourself getting angry, imagine a time when you achieved something and you felt happy and blissful. Then, imagine what your arms felt like, your hands, your feet. What did you see and hear? What did you smell? Recall all those things and count backwards from 10. This will deescalate you and bring you to a more stable frame of mind to evaluate the situation.
