werd I'd probably do it for a major label...P. Diddy was an intern at a label back in the day, there's many other eXamples of people now that are top heads at major labels that started out as internes, I just can't think of any more off hand lmao
yeah if I was in New York and doing wht I'm doing now i'd probably go in and intern in the day time for a while then get a job that actually pays in the evening or something just for the eXperience of knowing how things run around a label and what-not...they'll probably treat you like a peon at 1st cuz you're new and you're an intern, but I'm pretty sure what you learn will likely out-weigh whatever "hell" they put you through for a little while so really you're getting over on them
