far from true.... first off all you need to understand how to count music and then your syllable count to the size of each bar, learn to control your breathing properly, aswell as writing to make your flow more interesting but also smoother and switch up the flow and rhyme scheme.... it takes longer than a week to pick up the basics of flowing to a beat properly, it takes a whole lot longer to master making it interesting and dope
