no it doesnt... a punch is like in a fight.... you have your straight forward punch to the face, or u have your more creative methods(spinning backhands, elbows e.t.c) the same goes for battles in rap.... i mean when u hear a diss, and u get a line thats just straight clowning, its not creative, its just pointing the fact out, but it still makes u laugh, your telling me its not a punch?? its not a direct attack on your opponent?? its not humiliating them???
