first off it wasn't a black or white thing... i happen to like biggie's shyt.... i also think eminem got mad skills... y'all looking at it all wrong.... when BIG came out he had an image that was unheard of in hip hop... he was big, black, and most would say not too attractive... you have no idea how many artists get turned down cuz they don't have "the look"... not only that... look at what rap was like before he burst on da scene... Big did his own thang... just like how you say emeinem was on some different shyt when he came out... i wouldn't say big was over-rated cuz the game changes... during his time he was da man... he's gone now... the music has changed drastically since big first dropped... you really think big woulda been on some crunk shyt now if he was still alive... nah... prolly woulda collabed to show his versatility like he did with bone thugs...(which i still say was better than the pac/bone thugs collabo)... y'all need to stop comparing a dead man against someone who's had a chance to grow as an artist and change with the times... em is to da 2000's what big was to da 90's... respect them both and let the shyt go... werd
