im a fat nigga.
but i wasnt ever out of shape.
right now, due to my lack of sports, im like 6'0 230 lbs.
i turned 15 in july and shit, but back when i was 13, i was like 5'9 200 lbs
but i was a beast on the basketball court
just natural talent that i honed, i guess
but yea, all that weight moving at high speeds like that, and even just at that high rate of movement wasn't good for a nigga legs yo, yahm sayin
i had shin splints, and all that, just from being a big nigga who was real active.
like it says, you shouldnt run on cement period.
if you shouldnt do it period, try doing it adding more weight.
i used to play alot of streetball.
over the past year i said fuck it, and started smokin mad tree
but yea back then
i wouldn't be too bad once im moving, and shit, cus of adrenaline, and just activeness i guess
gettin the blood flowing
but after games and shit, id go home and rest
and then i'd go try to get up in the middle of the night to piss, and damn near bust my ass cus the pain was that bad
i just played through it though
eventually it got better, or i got used to it.
who knows.
but your a pretty frail nigga
you shouldn't be too bad.
just ice it when you can, wrap it good, and go out and make the fuckin team ock.

i'd play through any injury.

some niggas say your stupid if you do, but it just shows who got the most heart.
don't miss the tryouts cus of it, unless the pain is EXCRUCIATING.
