He doesn't rap fast on everything, but he does on a good portion of his work. Really though, it's not much his speed as it is his timing and his exceptional ability to ride a beat. He's about as outside the box as you can get, at times rapping on beats you would've never thought possible. His lyrics, while abstract as hell, are surprisingly always on point, including some great analogies (i.e. "I don't need you, 'cuz I have opposable thumbs" and "When you cross my mind, it's best to look both ways"). He's more of an aquired taste though, and wont appeal to a lot of people's musical interests upon first listen.
