if something eventually happened down the road, that exposed him and this incident..the charges wouldve been A LOT worse.
in a lot of cases, when you go and turn yourself in, the charges arent as severe..
of course, some of the bigger cases they could give a fuck whether you turned yourself in or not jus as long as they got you
but i have a feeling that if they had caught him later for this same incident, he would almost certainly be facing 1st degree.
i really hope the kid dont get the needle though
on some real shit hes got madd talent, and his whole life ahead of him
itd be a shame for him to do something stupid and get his life thrown away.
and unfortunetly i have a hunch that he WILL be charged with the first degree...lets jus hope im wrong.
