Damn son, your singing sucks! The vocals should get turned down like 3dB's or so. the beat's okay, it is what it is. the rhyme scheme that you spit over this beat with wasn't a fit IMO. This beat NEEDS multis in the flow in order to keep a listener from falling asleep, like if you listen to the original song, listen to how much shit is going on all over the song, flow changes, crazy-souyndin ass adlibs and all sorts of off the walls type shit, all that just to bring up the energy of the track. Your voice had a monotone sound to it as well, like you were "reading a piece of paper" - the common comparison. The lyrics are okay (the second verse I wasn't crazy about) but needed more energy while spitting regardless.
