Well suck shit to them for buying a shit product. Microsoft doesnt give a shit.. They're rich as fuck... Which means they're able to advertise their product and force the idea that the xbox is the greatest thing ever into our heads. Well, the xbox 360 probably took them about 15 minutes to think of. Theres nothing revolutionary about it.. It uses the live network, established last generation, and hardware that will be out of date by like next year.

They cant make products for shit. They dont plan anything, they base their decisions on the present, so the 360 is full of problems.

Sony and Nintendo might not beat microsoft profit-wise, but in regards to quality, they have already won. Japanese people have always been 80% planning, 20% action. Thats why they develop the most advanced shit, and have minimal problems.

Simply put, japanese technology owns american technology. So im not surprised microsofts shitty system is full of problems.
