E-40 is pretty nice
Immortal Technique is
Nas wasn't completely on beat all the time but sounds tight
Ghostface wasn't but still sounded tight

I'm asking about flowing to a beat...if i suck simply off of being on the beat the wrong way that makes your opinion obsolete...let's see

ODB had an awful flow
RZA does....

wtf, part of bein a rapper is riding a beat, if you got "sick lyrics" as you put it, but cant rap to a beat, then you should stick to spoken word or some shit.
Honest, and where did you ever hear about Puff bein off beat?
I never heard of that shit
and Immortal Technique cant ride a beat, THAT explains why when I say his name in the street, NO ONE knows who the hell he is.
if you can write to a beat, but cant ride to it, then you're retarded.

i dont care if you hear about him in the streets or not a good rapper is a good rapper I know suburban fans that like him and i'm sorry to break this down to you but street fans are really no better than suburban fans and vice versa. and puffy's flow was good and SOUNDED all right on the track either way
