Proud of the crime in your city? Don't get me wrong fam, you should be proud of your ability to OVERCOME the crimes and strugglles. Like be proud you're a survivor, not proud that you got raped/stabbed/shot/mugged/jumped. Nothing to be proud about if you've been a victim. Be proud of your self mang.
