Jumpshot technique is really easy.. Just grab any video of an NBA dude doing a jumpshot and try to mimic his technique. You cant improve accuracy by learning some new technique, jumpshots improve with practice.
Yeah after seeing your pic I figured that, thats why I asked.. The way I got the extra inches I needed was with a leg training program. The most effective one I can think of doesnt need any expensive gear or anything, is real easy, and only takes a matter of weeks. Its called "Air Alert 2," and you can probably find it with any p2p program.
You could use "Air Alert 3," but its results, at your level, would probably be the same as using Air Alert 2... 3 is based around plyometrics, so its more effective for athletes that already have a fair bit of strength in their lower body. If you do it first up, your body will have already adapted to the plyometric exercises, which are the best way to increase jump height at a high level.
After Air Alert 2, you'll be able to jump around 4 to 12 inches higher than before.. But using Air alert 2, then Air Alert 3, ive seen people gain 10 to almost 20 inches.
