well, freedom of speech is in fact, a right. but, all the rights we have are useless, if we use them to either directly, or in-directly impose our will onto others. If a child is to be effected in such a way where nightmares are actually happening, than, by the constitution...it should be illegal.
I think anyways...thats not specifically imposing his will, because he's not forcing anyone to believe anything...but i think it's still the same idea. Besides, some parents try very hard to censor specific things from children to keep them from corrupting...and something like that, is impossible to censor, and could potentially have a profound effect on a young child. and that artistic expression bullshit is a joke
