okay, blacks are a minority in the United States... and when you look at the crime rates, alot of the crime comes from our African-American communities.... but does that make it okay for me to go out and hurt every black dude i see? no, its just all people doing this stuff, u dont have to say its because of their skin color....

BUT, your situation is different, b/c they are immigrants and therefore if the group is doing it they are still all grouped together, they arent part of your culture and society like African-Americans are here, and its not just a skin color for u... but, RV needed another racial discussion
