some people fast and only eat fruits and vegetables
some people fast duringthe day and only eat when it is dark outside whether that be in the night or early morning, I believe Muslims do it that way during their time of fasting
but yeah, it's a good thing to do, I'd consider doing it, but my hands start to shake and stuff wen I don't eat, I have to be realy pre-occupied to forget about eating, which would defeat the purpose of clearing my mind...I might do it after New Year's, start off my year trying to be more spiritual, read my Bible and such
