actually, not really intimating. Expecially if your (a) putting for par, (b) putting for your first birdie in the round, or (c) was behind some trees and didnt have any shot to get it on the green

Example...I can drive the ball a MILE and then act like I mishit it...that = Intimidating to some opponents
seeing that i already know you hit it a mile, and I hit it a mile, I will know if you miss hit it or not because of the sound it makes on the club. Thats from years of hitting the same driver that you have, lol

Example...I can make my putt, fist pump, and then walk off before my opponent finishes...that = disconcerting
no that's just plain horrible, especially if you just made a birdie to tie wit me. Now, i have you exactly where i want you. You are hyped about your last birdie that you fail to realize how calm and collective i am. So walking to the next tee wit honors, and while you are still concerned with that birdie you just made, you wift one out of bounds, lol. Ive seen that too many times

But yea, it all comes down to your strategy.

^^Ur last one is true...the adrenaline...That's why when Im excited like that, I literally move in SLOW MOTION...but, since my adrenaline is pumping, it's actually normal pace...

Those examples I gave are obviously dependent on a lot of conditions and who you play against...There are certain people I play regularly at my local course that certain things work on and don't...

My demeanor on the course is really focused and confident...I've kind of adopted Tiger's approach cuz I like it...I'm also very emotional on the course...But...I've learned to temper that and use it at the right times...When I feel momentum shifting to my opponent, I stay calm and remind myself that I KNOW HOW TO HIT GOOD SHOTS and that EVERY DOG HAS GOT HIS DAY...Then, all I need it ONE INCH, ONE INCH DAWG, and I'm in there...

There's one guy I played this summer who I've never been able to beat. Now, from looking at his game and looking at mine, I should be able to beat him EASILY. THe thing is, he doesn't make mistakes often, even though I have a better overall short game than he does...His iron shots are better than mine...Therefore, he plays "BORING" golf...fairway...GREEN...fairway..GREEN...he doesn't make as many putts as I do...But, when Ur constantly putting for birdies and pars, u tend to make more pars than someone who chips in for birdie...then makes a few bogies trying to drive greens...etc...

I play BIG...I play hard...and in golf, it's about temperance some times...controlled aggression...

The last time I play dude, I SHUD HAVE beat him by 3 shots...But, after a 280 yard stripe down the middle of the 17th hole, I hit my approach shot over the green and into some bushes...I had to take an unplayable lie and hit a penalty shot...I hit that one over the green and then 3 putted...THAT KILLED MY CHANCES

I lost to him by 1 shot. He's the kind of player that brings the best out in you because he's focused...thing is, I TAKE too many chances on the course to play consistently sometimes...That's gonna be one of my goals for 06...
