1st it's not Schwarzenegger that convicts killers...that's judges...and jurours...besides...Tookie's lucky enough to see 25 years on death row...he's had countless court battles...he really is lucky they let it span out this long...he was put on death row long before Arnold was Governor...

2nd...i can see what you say honestly i can...but a jury's job is to look at the evidence before them and rule out anything that is considered a liability i.e no proof...there's no concrete proof of a cover up...only speculation...Tookie pleaded innocent...how many proven killers plead innocent...a lot...he's no different...i didn't know that a jury nowadays had to consist of 50% one race & 50% another..if it does then ok...but this was the 70's-80's people had woken up more to racism than in the MLK days...(don't take that last comment to heart it's jus what i feel)

you can't convict someone on he says she says...if people screamed conspiracy...and had the evidence to back it up...we might not even be talking about this...but FACT is...there's nothing concrete...so all we can do is move on from this...what's done is done...
