As far as if he deserves to die or not, that depends. What does killing an individual who has turned against and reveted hundreds if not thousands of people from a life of crime accomplish? If you answer is "now that I think about it..only bad things" or "nothing" then the the answer is no, don't kill him.
He will never get a pardon. Why? because when people want to trash Ahhnald, they're gonna say" Arnold Schwartzenneger actually gave a governotorial pardon to the co-founder of one of the larges gangs in the world".

I know there's no proof he ever killed those four people. But, he started one of the worst gangs in the country. NUMEROUS fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, etc. have had to deal with more bullshit then they ever should have had too because of this asshole.
