Subtext is too big for a pixel font, and the glow doesn't look good. Boring overall, but you are pretty good for just starting. The bevel and emboss is something you have to limit, or change the settings, because it rarely looks good at the default settings. Filters > Blurs > Gaussian blur (1) > ctrl + f > overlay but lower the opacity cuz if you leave it alone then it will be too dark, but the bg looks low quality.
