LMAO @ whole cities. Look up Perth Amboy NJ where the native tongue of the entire city isn't english. Signs and everything. Look up any spot in NJ or NY that starts with the word "little" or ends with the word "Town" like China Town, or Little Italy where there's no english spoken there either - BEST case it's bilingual. I can go on and on.

BTW, ALL hospitals provide free health care if you qualify for Hospice. To qualify for Hospice, you essentially gotta be broke. How do you prove you're broke? A pay stub, a tax return, etc. Hell, you gotta show ID like your license or a credit card - neither of which you can get illegally.
