That's what I feel like today...

I woke up, and I just feel mad and shit. I don't know what for....my cousin called me up about 20 minutes after I woke up and I just told him to fuck off and stop calling me so early. Then my girlfriend comes over, we get into a fight almost instantly and I called her a bitch and told her to fuck off away from me. Then she left and I got pissed about having a fight with her so much so that I punched my living room wall and fucking cut my knuckles. And then I got pissed off even more because it fucking hurt!!!

I am just pissed off today.



dawg...u just described me right now...Thing is, there is a reason you feel that way. I've found that retracing the events that got you to this point will help you identify why you're pissed. And, what you'll find is that it often snow balls. One event you don't address gets compounded by another and another. Pretty soon, you find that you're angry and you don't know why.

Try this:

Go back (in your mind) to the last time you felt content or at peace. Then, replay every event from that point onward, no matter how small. What you'll find is that certain things or words or actions put you in the mood you're in. From that point, you can deal with them and move on.
