Which yes, killing anyone, is against the law. So shut your mouth you faggot. Just because its in self-defense, or defense of another, all that does is change it from 1st degree (premeditated) to 3rd degree. PLUS, What about second degree murder? (murders of passion).. Like your wife is cheating on you, so you kill her and the guy shes cheating with. That is a situation of intense emotion, and you just freak out. Does that mean you're cold blooded killer?
