And they import a lot of resources from other countries. Plus those things are trivial, people can live without them. Except for microsoft, BUT probably the highest valued foreign division of the company would take over.

If america was destroyed tomorrow, I dont think it would mean chaos for all mankind. Maybe a depression in currency, but after a few years things would be set straight.
