I'm not sure about the profanity in a track dedicated to someone like a grandmother. It seems rather oxymoronic.

However, if you acknowledge it, I think it's more acceptable. I can't imagine grandma listening then hearing, "I miss that SHIT."

Come on dawg...use a synonym in place of that...IMO
