or

2. Anyone can vote who isn't in the tourney = even more gay + d/r

or

3. You guys get a fucking voting council already.

Cuz honestly, i'm fucking confused, if anyone is aloud to vote, that'd be lame as fuck, tell me how the voting is going down.
