"Informer" was ill. You just had to listen to it knowing it was how that kind of music was made back in the early 90's. It's like how people nowadays say Vanilla Ice sucks, but he was the shit back in his day.
But yeah, this was pretty horrible. It sounds like a garbage version of that "Toma!" song.
