Well, that is exactly what we bring to the table. We got vets, we got rooks. Vets work with rooks to elevate, rooks become vets. Simple process. So what you see as bad talent, I know is potential talent. Not only are we a close knit crew, we have a great atmosphere. So, it's w/e, your choice, your the free agent. We bring it all to the table so... You know you got a spot just let me know.
