On Friday night, a thread will be made in your tribal council forum. The forum is made so that only Spek and I can see the posts, just so that people aren't influenced by other people's votes, though it seems like you all know who you all are voting for. Either way, once every tribe member has voted, the thread will be closed, and then the mag will be written and posted. All necessary password changes will be PMed to everyone except the person voted off.
The person voted off will be PMed by me or Spek for an interview, then they are done with RVS.
