HE'S FUCKING DEAD. If he was alive, he'd be back by now, when he was still a well-known and mourned cat. The industry has moved on and Tupac is past, and if he somehow is alive somewhere in Cuba, then it doesn't fucking matter because he won't be making more songs. Just because rappers are holding on to the belief he's alive by shouting out his name on rap songs(probably so more people check out an otherwise mediocre song) does not mean he's alive.
