Negative.
Black people arnt judged by their skin color. They are judged just like everyone else. By the way they act, the way they dress and the way they talk.
Skin color doesent hinder anybody. But black people raised in ghettos get taught to speak with slang, act rough and dress like thugs.. And it has nothing to do with white people holding them back...
If someone born in that situation went and bought some respectable looking cloathes, fixed their way of talking and carried themselves in a different mannor.. Provided they had the brains, they could go anywhere with their lives...
And dont act like its just a black problem too.. Theres poor white people who cant get a job cause of those same reasons too... Welcome to the concept of poverty bro...
