What I do is I will write as many lines that come to mind when I get into the song. At first, I just write the lines without too much regard to flow. Once I have enough lines written, or if I just can't think of what to write next, I will restart the beat and go over every line and make sure the flow is right. If not, just add, subtract, or change around some of the words
