What the fuck? No. Huey got blueprints on the internet for this "Black Power Fist" which emits electricity into those hit. He was using it to stop his brother from kidnapping Oprah but he had to fight Oprah's bodyguard first, where this clip comes from.
Just because it's a "Black Power Fist" doesn't mean it needs to be used to hit non-blacks, and Huey damn sure aint racist. It was just a dope ass name and that's all that matters. =/
