To Reign, if you work your arms out daily it makes you weaker. You need to switch up the muscles worked everyday. Like Mon, Wed, and Fri should be workout days, Tues and Thurs should be workout days.

Mon do arms and shoulders

Wed do legs and abs

Fri do chest, triceps, and squats

exactly most kids these days try too look like 50 cent and spend all there time on the bench press,i go too all the machines by fav. thing too do in there is the incline sit ups,3 sets of 50
