If you all want to tone your abs, this is the perfect exercise.
Get a 45 lb weight, and lie down on your back. Put your feet together and lift them at a angle that is almost 90 degrees, but not quite so it is somewhat hard to hold them up. That is working your abs alone, now hold up the 45 lb weight with your arms, and reach for your toes.
This is called Reach for the Championship.
