^^^ i might try it with milk being that it is a chocolate milk kind of flavor. The powder i bought is new, it has little to know calories, it was made strictly for building muscle not any of that weight gainer stuff. and Terumoto this stuff has a lot more protein than an egg or steak. They say your supposed to take-in 2 grams of protein per pound you weigh, steaks or eggs don't give you all that and the average american don't get the proper ration of food into their bodies
