Why be mad and stressed out? what does it do for you?
Spike your blood pressure and heart rate up, as well as your breathing. Waste time. Waste energy. Makes you feel drained. Frustrated. Tense. All for what? It didn't accomplish anything. I spend a fraction of that energy in coming up with a way to change the way I interact with the source of frustration and seeing a way to benefit from it by changing what I can and accepting what I can't. Once you understand, nothing can ever surprise you. So how could you possibly feel anything but good?
