You threw out the number 16 fool. And yes, the number determines whether you're a grown MAN or not. A 10 year old isn't a man as much as a 16 year old isn't. When you're young, you ALWAYS wanna be grown. Then, when you do turn 20, 21, 22, etc., you realize who fuckin dumb you are at 16.
Oh, not to mention the fact that the law says you're a "child" until you're 18. However, to me, most 18 year old boys are still wetting their drawls. There are exceptions, but not really.
